is that how i do that? anyway, i did pretty good, mostly...
I felt kinda hungry today, and i had a little hard of a time (right, that sentence makes sense... lol) not eating when i wasn't hungry, like when i ate, and sorta felt full, but wasn't bulging, or in pain, i wanted to eat more, when i knew i shouldn't. anyway, i think i did alright, and i lost .1 today... i'm nervous about tomorrow...
food log
2 trio bars total, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon, they are REALLY REALLY GOOOOOOOOOOD!
lunch- lettuce wrap with tuna, sprouts, basil, mustard, green peppers, pickles, and onions, REALLY GOOD!
dinner- bunless burger with cheddar and jalapeno's and a salad.
Phase 3 is scary - but you have to remember to eat enough calories (I'm not saying you didn't, I'm just saying that if you feel hungry, you should probably eat). Your body is used to having all these extra calories that were released from your fat cells, so if you don't eat enough calories, you could get hunger edemia. I never got it, but Erica did. You should ask her about it - I'm not sure exactly how that worked.
ReplyDeleteHunger edemia sucks big time! I wasn't eating enough protein when I went onto phase 3. During phase 2 we're eating just barely over what would be considered a protein deficiency. Anyhoo, I hurt my neck and didn't eat much meat and I started to retain water so bad that every joint in my body felt like it was on fire. My fingers toes, knees....everything was puffy and really tender. It took a few days of eating lots of protein and lots of water to get it to go away.
ReplyDeleteYour meals sound delicious! I love bunless burgers. Mmmmmmm
