hello HCG, loading days one and two

alright, so i've been reading bre, mia, and erika's blogs for months, and i was always like, ugh, there is no way i can work in a bagel shop and NOT EAT A BAGEL... but as the months pass, and they are all slimming away to skinny's i say to myself, self, you need to do this, you have discipline (well... except for when it comes to capitalizing and punctuation... anyway, i talked a girl at work into doing it with me, but i don't think she is going to last (she seems to think she can take her own approach to this, no loading days only taking drops half the times you are supposed to, she has actually slept the past two days and only taken the drops once one day and twice the other... and my sister, who is addicted to coke, no, not the ola... the COLA... lol, so i don't think she is going to last either, but hey, maybe they are saying jackie can't go a day without eating a bagel, let alone 30... wellllll we shall see we SHALL see  muhahaha
So in prep for this diet, i've been cutting my coffee with iced tea, that way i get my caffiene but it seems like i don't need the creamer, i've been using splenda for over a year now, and switching to the via was not easy... blehhhhh. got some liquid aminos for the diet, and i've been doing some research, i'm ready! yesterday i had a mcD's breakfast for two, (two combos) chinese for lunch, and wendys for dinner, cupcake snack, and lots of chocolate.  today i was at work so i had a bagel and cream cheese, a cup of soup, a roast beef sandwich with cream cheese and sliced cheese, and i had virgilio's for dinner, thats a really great pizza shop, had some rolo's and strawberry milk,  can't belive i'm posting this but my weight going in to vlcd is 216.5 that's heavier than i was when i was working out, but lighter than i was when i had kyeron. i really need to go to bed, more tomorrow night!
